About Me

My name is Jessi. I have been a PTCB-certified pharmacy Technician since 2008. While I started at chain pharmacies, I found that working at independent pharmacies aligned with my desire to care for patients and the community on a personal level.

In the Spring of 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Throughout my now endless doctor's appointments, I had a recurring thought; "I know what they are talking about, and I am still having trouble retaining all of this information. I can't imagine what it's like for someone who has no idea".

In 2023 I started researching how I could help people with their medical care and advocate for themselves and loved ones. I decided to become a Board Certified Patient Advocate. I want you to understand your medications, your treatments, your diagnosis, and your options.
