30 Minute Consult $50
Get to know if I am a good fit for you. Let me know what your needs are and I can direct you to the best service plan for you. Maybe it's just a one time need, maybe you need an ongoing ally. Whatever it is, we can figure it out together.
One Time Service $75
Need an insurance called? New medication that you are not quite sure what it's for?
Doctor's Office Visit $20/hr Round Trip
Being a patient is incredibly hard. Not only are you dealing with the emotions of your diagnosis, but you are trying to retain information for later as well. Need someone to take notes for you to go over with your loved ones later? I'm here for you.
I can go to your appointment with you, take notes, and provide you with an appointment statement of what the doctor actually said.
Complete Medical Reconciliation $100
I will sit down with you, go over all of your medications, both prescription and over the counter. In the end, you will have a consolidated list of what medications you are take, why they are prescribed, who prescribed them, and how you are taking them. Excellent for taking to your providers during office visits, efficient when you need to talk to your pharmacists about interactions, and life-saving when needed in the ERThe one hour appointment is our interaction, there is more background work done in reconcilliation to ensure the medication list is complete.

Retainer $400
New diagnosis your need help wrapping your head around and help navigating? Are you now in charge of a loved ones care and have no idea where to start?
With the 30 Day Retainer Package you will receive:
-30 Minute Consultation
-Complete Medication Reconciliation
-Up to 2 (30 minute) Patient initiated phone calls per week
-Up to 4 Patient initated emails weekly
-Up to 5 (30 minute) Ally calls to health care and or insurance per week
*Any Dr's appointment attendance will be and additional $20/hr round trip*
Diagnosis Deep
Dive $200
Once you have your diagnosis, the options can seem overwhemling. I will reseach your diagnosis and provide you with a list of treatment options to discuss with your provider.
